• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Original proof of purchase required

• Firearm accessories marked “Final Sale” (select items from 1301 Series, A400 Series)
• Custom-configured tactical belts and pouches
• Opened protective gear (masks, gloves)

2. Receive RMA: You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 operational hours (0700-1900 EST)

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within:

• 5-7 business days for credit card payments
• 3-5 business days for PayPal payments

Standard shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
